Movement Assessment

These sessions are for anybody looking to:

  • improve their movement during lifts

  • increase strength or mobility

  • rehabilitate an injury

  • receive suggestions for at-home movement for maintenance or recovery

  • get “eyes-on” their at-home training or rehabilitation plan

The sessions will utilize some combination of movement assessment and adjustment, strength training or corrective exercises, and manual therapy to restore, optimize or enhance performance.

You do not need to be injured to benefit from movement assessment and improvement.
